2009 IRS Standard Mileage Rates

Today the IRS announced the standard mileage rates effective 1/1/2009. They are:
  • Business: $ .55
  • Medical & Moving: $ .24
  • Charitable: $ .14

For the remainder of 2008 the rates continue as:
  • Business: $ .585
  • Medical & Moving: $ .27
  • Charitable: $ .14
